Is it possible that we cannot do, here is my example :
10 000 000 000 / 1 = 10 000 000 000 
with PHP it give me that : 2147483647

you are experiencing an integer overflow

if you really have to deal with integers that big
and full precision then you have to either switch
to a 64bit platform or use the bcmath extensions
