Since PHP 7.0 the entry_ptr passed to get_closure handlers is always uninitialized. Can we please make sure it is set to something sensible and otherwise at least make sure it is a nullptr?

Do you mean that ce_ptr is unitialized?  That would be bad.  Or do
you mean that *ce_ptr is unitialized?  I would expect that, since
ce_ptr is an out parameter.
