Got it working with the following patch, but it only applies cleanly to its parent commit and not the latest or a released version:

Sure, it compiles with that patch, however does it actually work for you? All I'm getting is a SEGV_MAPERR.

Sorry, I didn't actually get it working.  I'm getting a segfault when I run it.

Please try the latest stomp 2.0.0 which is supposed to support PHP 7.
