I'll get "Segmentation Fault" when I tried to create new unknown instance "Foo" in "finally" block.

Test script:
---------------
<?php
try {
    throw new \RuntimeException('Some Error');
} finally {
    $foo = new \Foo();
}

Expected result:
----------------
Fatal error: Class 'Foo' not found in /in/RrblM on line 5

Process exited with code 255.

Actual result:
--------------
Process exited with code 139.

ah, 5.5.30, I see, but 5.5 is in security fix only...

so.. won't fix here.
