Thanks for the report. The archives contain correct versions, you can verify them by running php -i | find "Architecture".

I'm not entirely sure what the issue is, but the x86 package has dependencies on WoW64, while the x64 does not. I ran ldd on php.exe from both packages and found that.

When I ran the x86 package on 32-bit Windows, it comes up with a "php.exe is not a valid Win32 application".

When I ran the x64 package on 32-bit windows, it says "php.exe is valid, but is for a machine time other than the current machine".
