Description:
------------
Building 5.6.12 on illumos (an OpenSolaris derivative) fails if ldap is enabled. The error is:

Undefined first referenced
 symbol in file
ldap_initialize ext/ldap/.libs/ldap.o
ldap_memvfree ext/ldap/.libs/ldap.o
ldap_find_control ext/ldap/.libs/ldap.o
ld: fatal: symbol referencing errors. No output written to sapi/cli/php
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:259: recipe for target 'sapi/cli/php' failed

(This appears to be caused by commit 2e85e6d3eec94b9500ae07dfe896de379558e883 which is presumably related to #69471, although there isn't an obvious trail, nor is this change listed in the NEWS file.)

Is that still an issue with any of the supported PHP versions[1]?
