please do yourself a favor and ask your host for a PTR matching the A-Record or implement SPF for php.net whcih would have skipped the PTR-Test as well as be on any DNSWL

well, you have even a (questionable because neutral and prone for spoofing) neutral SPF record with the http://www.openspf.org/SPF_Record_Syntax#ptr mechanism - one reason more to take care of reverse dns
