default include file path include a non existent pear directory

.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear

there is no /usr/share/pear directory pear is now installed in /usr/share/php/PEAR

Test script:
---------------
phpinfo()

Expected result:
----------------
include_path	.:/usr/share/php

Actual result:
--------------
include_path	.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear

Looks like a packaging (downstream) issue, not a PHP one

PHP default include patch doesn't include 2 directories.
