Description:
------------
Norton is classifying this release as insecure and is deleted all file dll and exe files. This is a huge bug on windows operating systems that use Norton. Norton deletes the files after unzipping the archive files.

Expected result:
----------------
To be able to use PHP version 5.6 and not have Internet security programs deleting it because it is insecure.

We're checking our build server to ensure it hasn't been compromised to introduce malware into 5.6.0.

Meanwhile, I have asked Symantec(Norton) to manually check if 5.6.0 has malware.

Which 5.6.0 build(s) are having this problem for you? (I don't have Norton to check) NTS? TS? x86? x64?

We always scan releases anyway, but I've rescanned the bins and the build server and have found no issues. I think this issue is specific to Norton, they will need to fix their signatures.
