Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.function-exists
---

In php the function name are case sensitive but the function_exists function isn't case sensitive. Infact if i defined two function called "test" and "Test" alla function works great but if i use the function_exist function there isn't a way to distinguish the two function.

Test script:
---------------
function Test(){}

if( function_exist('test) ){} return true but, if i want, i can declare this functions

function test() and alla works fine, but i can't distinguish the two function.

Expected result:
----------------
false

Actual result:
--------------
true
