On the new site, some elements are relying on the browser's default text colour instead of explicitly specifying it to be black.

Thus, when having changed the browser's default styles, the text will be ugly and/or unreadable.

Fix:

Specify a default text colour, e.g.
body { color: #000; }

The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
