Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/inotify.constants
---

Is missing inotify contants integer values:
http://ulaptech.blogspot.fi/2012/01/php-pecl-inotify-masks-mapped.html

Expected result:
----------------
Inotify constants usable with inotify_add_watch() and/or returned by inotify_read():

IN_ACCESS (integer) = 1
    File was accessed (read) (*)

IN_ONESHOT (integer) = 2147483648
Monitor pathname for one event, then remove from watch list.

Actual result:
--------------
Inotify constants usable with inotify_add_watch() and/or returned by inotify_read():

IN_ACCESS (integer)
    File was accessed (read) (*)

 IN_ONESHOT (integer)
Monitor pathname for one event, then remove from watch list.

We don't tend to list them unless there's a particular reason to do so — in this
case, knowing which power of 2 IN_ACCESS is probably isn't useful for most
developers.

Sorry, missed the comment. Leaving open for the missing constants.

You are really helping every coder to catch the right event...
Unbelievable.
They all need to reverse the constants to find the integer values and notice there are high-bit values returned for some of the same events (don't know why) that don't obviously match to the constants.
Maybe you should be so quick to close this since either of us seem to miss the point.

It looks like all of the available constants are currently listed.
