The page titled "List of php.ini directives" at 

http://php.net/manual/en/ini.list.php

includes the dba.default_handler directive with no link for documentation.

dba.default_handler 	"" 	PHP_INI_ALL 	Available since PHP 4.3.3.

The page 

http://www.php.net/manual/en/dba.configuration.php

titled "Runtime Configuration" for extension DBA states "extension has no configuration directives defined in php.ini".  This appears inconsistent with the presence of the directive "dba.default_handler" on the above page.
