The documentation for the DOMDocument::loadHTML and DOMDocument::loadHTMLFile functions claim the 'options' parameter was added in PHP version 5.1.0, when it actually was added in PHP version 5.4.0, which can be seen in bug #54037 where the change as made.

online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
