  foreach ($objectStore as $key => $value) {

  }
 
  // Instead you have to use
  foreach ($objectStore as $key) {
    $value = $objectStore[$key];
 
    // ...
  }

This suggests that it would work after the proposed changes. However, in PHP 5.5 (for which the RFC was accepted) this still does not work.
