Despite the fact it is specified in the configuration file that PHP can view 
distant files using fopen(), imagecreatefromXXX() and other functions, it doesn't 
seem to work.

[php.ini]
allow_url_fopen = On
allow_url_include = On

Test script:

    fclose($php);

Actual result:
