Test script:

The sample by Mike Robinson terminates after only five iterations.  It needs to use:

   for ($i=0; $i < count($timezone_identifiers); $i++)

instead of:

   for ($i=0; $i < 5; $i++)


Expected result:

I expect to get a complete list of ALL time zone names.

Actual result:
--------------
The five first timezone names.
