Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/regexp.reference.delimiters
---
In the documentation, it says "A delimiter can be any non-alphanumeric, non-backslash, non-whitespace character.".

This isn't true.
For example, the section sign "§" can't be used as a delimiter.

Test script:
---------------
preg_match("§hello§", "hello");

Expected result:
----------------
Match successful

Actual result:
--------------
Error output:
"preg_match(): "

The "§" character that you are trying to use consists of two bytes, while PCRE
only looks for one byte for a delimiter character.

Ouch. I mistook § for a member of ASCII. My error.
