Description:
------------
The google custom search engine hijacks certain valid URL and prevents users from accessing those pages. To add to the injury, it presents the page we tried to reach as the first result, but keeps hijacking the process.

Test script:
---------------
www.php.net/~derick/meeting-notes.html

Expected result:
----------------
I expected to access the page.

Actual result:
--------------
I was presented with a google custom search page.

I fixed the file, it's back again. The handler itself I didn't touch.
