its not clear what is meant with "PHP_INI_PERDIR in PHP 5. Available since PHP 
5.0.0." as both sentences seem being conflicting.
Same bug as #63603, just for different function.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
