Expected result:

The time for the last update on a mirror, this should be in the past (or maybe display the current time), not a time in the future.

Actual result:

Time in the future for the last updated time.

Likely from the docs and site builds, because even EST is showing the future (CA2 
shows Fri Nov 9 19:02:04 2012 EST, as of this writing).

Time on the master rsync box was off by +04:22 for some reason.  Updated on the 
system time; will watch as things re-sync across the network over the next two 
minutes.  If, after a reboot of the master rsync server, the time is off again, 
it could be a bad battery on the motherboard or other issues with part of the 
underlying system.

The driver of the Delorean was ticketed for going 87mph in a 15mph school zone, 
and his license revoked.  As such, mirrors are no longer travelling into the 
future.
