Hi,  I fixed a lots of phar test failed in 5.3, https://github.com/php/php-
src/commit/228c2886869e7f50a272f163cb3b765a65fd40eb

as you can see,  it is due to detect_unicode setting in 5.3

so maybe we should note this out in phar doc (Only for 5.3)

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
