Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/splfileobject.fgetss#refsect1-splfileobject.fgetss-parameters
---

The manual says:

"
Parameters

allowable_tags

You can use the optional third parameter to specify tags which should not be stripped.
"

It should say 'first' not 'third' parameter.

Test script:
---------------
None.

put wrong package in request. It's a documentation issue, not an array issue.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Thanks for making the PHP documentation better! :)
