The documentation page for the static keyword does not include the new uses for 
the static keyword in 5.3, specifically `static::`

Shouldn't it mention this? or at least link to the late static binding page?

Log: Fix doc bug #62334 (New valid uses of static keyword not included in static
keyword doc page) by adding a tip to the oop5.static page linking to the other
uses of static.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
