Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.mysqli-bind-param#refsect1-
function.mysqli-bind-param-notes
---

As of PHP 5.4 the function has been removed. Thus the note »mysqli_bind_param() is
deprecated and will be removed.« is outdated and should probably read something
like »mysqli_bind_param() has been deprecated since PHP 5.3.foo and removed since
PHP 5.4.0.«.

The version information at the top of the page lists the removal correctly,
though.

Log: Fix doc bug #62321 (The »Notes« section on mysqli_bind_param is outdated), and
simultaneously audit all of the functions removed in 5.4.0 to ensure we have
the right warnings in the right places (spoiler: we didn't).

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
