Description:
------------
Via philip@ the snaps on http://snaps.php.net/ are out of date. The packages are being updated but the versions of PHP are old. For example the current 5.4 snap unzips as php5.4-201205091730 but installs as the very old 5.4.1RC1-dev. The current PHP-5.4 branch in git shows 5.4.3-dev

The script http://git.php.net/?p=systems.git;a=blob_plain;f=update-snapshots;hb=HEAD is still referring to SVN.

Fixed and verified. Newest (as of this writing) were built manually 16-MAY-2012
17:53 UTC, and are 5.3.15-dev and 5.4.5-dev. I've re-enabled the crontab as of
about three minutes ago, so the autosnaps should resume in no more than ~147
minutes.

Thanks again for your help with the dummy commit to test the 5.4 branch, sir.
