The idn extension doesn't compile on FreeBSD when using libidn 1.22.
LibIDN is found, but a test in the configuration script fails

Expected result:
----------------
The extension should be compatible with the latest version of libidn.

Actual result:
--------------
checking for GNU Libidn support... yes, shared
checking for idn files in default path... found in /usr/local
checking for optional tld files... yes
checking for stringprep_check_version in -lidn... no
configure: error: wrong idn lib version or lib not found

Due to this extension not seeing any activity since 2009, this issue will not be fixed. We are therefore closing this now.
