The page shows that the valid versions are:
PHP 5 <= 5.4.0
In reality it's:
PHP 5 < 5.4.0
OR
PHP 5 <= 5.3.10 (But this one needs to be increased as new versions appear)

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

This was already fixed in the documentation sources. Changes will be pushed to the 
website mirrors in due course.
