Description:
------------
The docblock for the svn_info function states the recurse is false by default,
however, it turns out to be true by default.

This can cause a gigantic slowdown of the svn_info function when used in large
repositories.

After that long time, and given that it's merely about a default
value, I don't think this should be considered a bug, but rather
we should document it. However, apparently svn_info() is not yet
documented at all.
