Description:
------------
Filter parameter in resizeImage method seems not working.
I always get the same result regardless of selected filter.
I also tried to test resize examples from repository (branches/poc/tests/gmagick-003-resize_variations.phpt), but attributes of resizeImage method in that example go in wrong order, filter is used instead of blur and vice versa.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$image = new Gmagick();
$image->readImage('test.jpg');
$image->setCompressionQuality(93);
$image->resizeImage(500, 500, Gmagick::FILTER_BOX, 1, true);
$image->writeImage('test_resized.jpg');
$image->destroy();

Expected result:
----------------
Image resized to 500x500 with Box filter

Actual result:
--------------
Image resized to 500x500 with default filter.

Hi Vadim,

Had checked the source that the right long constant is
passed onto GraphicsMagick.

Is it possible for you to supply the source image (with
intended output image will be even better)?

Thanks.

Vito
