The problem is that

includes include includes that include includes.

Functions that are declared in
the includes made at the first level is not recognized in the last. :()

This happens with php4 (exe and isapi) but not with php3

Example:

includefile A:
	function setcookietimeout()

includefile B:
	include A
	function dbutils()

includefile C:
	include B
	function connect()

includefile X:
	cannotsee ()

phpfile:
	include X
	include C

the function setcookietimeout cannot use the function cannotsee();
