svn_info causes a total crash, if the wc-path ends on
'/'.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
// TOTAL CRASH
print_r(svn_info('/var/www/wcs/aha/', false));
?>
<?php
// Normal behaviour
print_r(svn_info('/var/www/wcs/aha', false));
?>

Expected result:
----------------
array (...)

Actual result:
--------------
Connection refused.

can you try the source in cvs, i suspect this is fixed there
