When executing a script containing the code   ini_set ("expect.logfile", "php://output"); php spits out PHP Fatal error:  ini_set(): could not open log file for writting

Reproduce code:
---------------
ini_set ("expect.logfile", "php://output"); 

Expected result:
----------------
Normal operation with no errors

Actual result:
--------------
script fails to execute and reports PHP Fatal error:  ini_set(): could not open log file for writting

If fopen("php://output", "w") works - 
ini_set("expert.logfile", "php://output") should also work.
