Description:
------------
Hi Grant,

I keep getting this windows message ?Apache HTTP Server has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please inform Microsoft??? when browsing my development site which connects to Ingres 2006 database on Windows environment. This does not shut down the Apache server. I am able to connect to the database and retrieve records.
Following are the stable versions of my development environment:

Windows XP professional version 2002 with service pack 2
PHP 5.1.4
Apache 2.0.59 (win 32)
Ingres 2006 windows community edition
PECL extension - php_ingres.dll php-5.1.2 (5_1) for windows.
When outputted from the browser INGRES_EXT_VERSION is 1.4.1-dev
When outputted from the browser INGRES_API_VERSION is 4

I experimented upgrading to stable versions of:
Apache 2.2.3
PHP 5.2.0
PECL windows extension for 5.2.0

This also throws the same Apache error.

Also tried with different versions of windows PECL extensions available on http://pecl4win.php.net/ext.php/php_ingres.dll

Please let me know if there is a fix or a work around for this problem.

Hi,

Can you give me the smallest test case this reproduces with. I want to make sure that I am seeing the same problem.

regards

grant

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
