I get this error when trying to fill out a bug report while logged in.  There is no captcha on the form like there is when you are not logged in.

Expected result:
----------------
A captcha to fill out, or no error

Could you please elaborate and tell us the steps you are taking in order to get that error ?

The point of the captcha is:

- Reduce spam (and we are only displaying captchas for people that are not logged in)

Log out.
Go to this url: http://pear.php.net/package/Image_Canvas
click Bugs tab
click report new bug
Click Login link at top
Successfully log in with username/pass
, returning you to bug page

Fill out data.  there is no captcha
click "Send Bug Report"

Get error about captcha

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
