Description:
------------
The PDO, PDO_MySQL adn PDO_SQLite modules have incomplete archives. When I open the archive using tar I am given a message about the archive being incomplete. When I attempt to install via the pear utility the build seems to go normally but nothing is installed and no working files are left lingering around to be installed or examined.

In the PDO package I am missing at least package.xml and pdo.php. There may be others that I am not aware of.

Reproduce code:
---------------
pear install pdo

-or-

tar xzf PDO-1.0.2.tgz

Expected result:
----------------
installation of the PDO module or extraction of a compressed tar archive.

Actual result:
--------------
No PDO module installed or an error message about an incomplete archive.
