Description:
------------
When using the FL_BOOLEAN filter, one is restricted to only "on", "off", "true", or "false". It would be nice to support multiple cases of these (i.e. On, Off, ON, OFF, TRUE, FALSE);

(I have a patch for this that I will submit.)

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$boolTrue = "True";
$boolFalse = "FALSE";

var_dump(filter_data($boolTrue, FL_BOOLEAN));
var_dump(filter_data($boolFalse, FL_BOOLEAN));
?>

Expected result:
----------------
bool(true)
bool(false)

Actual result:
--------------
NULL
NULL

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
