The dropdown containing php versions still says 5.0.0b1 and doesnt include 5.0.0 (release)

now that we moved the bugs from the pecl bugtracker to bugs.php.net, these kind of 
problems shouldn't happen, as it is part of the release process to update the list 
of versions on the bugtracker.
