The following patch adds keyboard navigation to the manual.  ALT-x would go to the next page and ALT-r would go to the previous page.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.

In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thanks for applying that.  I now see that it includes the access keys for both the top and bottom navigation links.  This causes weird results, at least in Mozilla.  So, here is another patch.  The text is on the top and bottom, but the "accesskey"'s are just in the top links.
