In the "Notes" field it says:

You also have to fetch all result rows from an unbuffered SQL query, before you can send a new SQL query to MySQL.

But its actually

You also have to fetch all result rows from an unbuffered SQL query, before you can send a new SQL query to MySQL <with the same $link_identifier>.

This is all, nothing big.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
