« socket_read() lit des données dans la socket socket, qui doit être une ressource créée par socket_accept() ou socket_accept(). »

There is twice "socket_accept()".

The first should be replaced by "socket_create()".

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
