Description:
------------
When using GD library functions, the EXIF data is stripped from images. It would be useful to retain this information and implement a strip function, similar to Imagick::stripImage(), for cases where this data is not required.

Expected result:
----------------
Image with EXIF data intact

Actual result:
--------------
Image with EXIF data stripped

That's already tracked upstream[1], so I'm suspending this ticket
for the time being.
