as we don't support 5.2 anymore, there won't be any QA or snapshot release so the 
5.2 references from http://windows.php.net/qa/ and 
http://windows.php.net/snapshots/ could be removed.

btw: is it intentional that we don't have snapshots for windows atm?

I don't see a reason to do it now. There are still many users downloading it.

I will do it in a couple of months tho' but as of now it will just create noises 
from people looking for 5.2 bins.

I didn't mean to propose to remove the 5.2 release binaries from windows.php.net
only the 5.2 section for windows qa and snapshot builds.
