The captcha on bugs.php.net mindlessly requires cookies, yet doesn't even explain that's why it's not working. Instead it just says "Error: Invalid Captcha".

I remember I had a fix for that in the old system, it would work if we passed a session_id() to the captcha image always, so it wouldn't generate a different session.

Assigning to myself until I got some more intel on this!

I'm marking this as closed as we do no longer use actual images for captcha, please re-open if this continues to fail
