When using parse_ini_string or parse_ini_file, if you have the key as "no" it 
causes a syntax error, unexpected BOOL_FALSE.

Test script:
---------------
<?php parse_ini_string('no="test"')?>

Expected result:
----------------
NULL

Actual result:
--------------
<br /> 
<b>Warning</b>:  syntax error, unexpected BOOL_FALSE in Unknown on line 1
 in <b>/home/.../no.php</b> on line <b>1</b><br />
