both apache and php4 have a win32 include directory with readdir.h in it (containing structure & function declarations).

When building the php4apache module, both files are included. As a result both need to (be the same and) have the same #ifndef/#define/#endif statements (ohterwise the result will be: warning C4142: benign redefinition of type).

I already send a bugreport & fix about this to the apache server project, but after php4 changelog item: Change header protection macros to conform to standard (2000-07-02 Sascha Schumann), this fix doesn't work anymore because of updated identifiers.

Is it possible to notify the apache team whenever "shared" files (like those in the win32 include directory) get changed? -> are these files maintained seperately by the php4 & apache teams?
