Description:
------------
With PHP-GTK installed, PHP is unable to start without a graphical environment available in the current user session. This occurs even when PHP-GTK is not invoked in any way, and even if no code is loaded at all.

Attempting to run PHP with PHP-GTK installed, without a GTK-capable graphical environment available, causes it to exit after printing "Could not startup." to the output.

This issue makes it impossible to utilize PHP over a non-X-Forwarded SSH connection or in a cronjob, when PHP-GTK is installed.

PHP-GTK version: Recent SVN trunk

This is why we use a separate configuration file for PHP-GTK.
