My php.ini is not loaded when I'm using cgi module with Apache2

extract of phpinfo:
Configuration File (php.ini) Path 	/etc/php5.2/cgi
Loaded Configuration File 	        (None)

I have this error compiling php 5.2.13.
Compiling the 5.2.10 version with the same compilation options and same php.ini file and location does'nt produce this error.

I think I have done somethings wrong, it's such a big issue.
But I can't see what... perhaps a conflict with 5.3.2 version.

But this conflict doesn't exists for 5.2.10 version
