there are parameters added in php 5.1.* and they are not documented in the german one

This has been fixed, see bug #51656.

If you're interested in helping with the translation into German, please send a short email (in German) to doc-de@lists.php.net. While the imagepng() is now fixed, there is still enough work open ... ;-)
