after installing php4 on a windows NT 2000 server, any script that i run gives the following error:

Warning: Failed opening "E:\wholesale\www.omegalinks.com\www.christianmp3.net\www\cgi-bin\anyscript.php' for inclusion(include_path=") in Unknown on line 0

i'm running with the distribution version of the php.ini without any modifications.
